Representative Eddie Lucio III

Mr. Eddie Lucio III has a lifelong passion and family history of community and public service.  Mr. Lucio is the State Representative for District 38 and serves in the legislature on the House Appropriations Committee, Environmental Regulation Committee, and the Local and Consent Committee.

Mr. Lucio has been practicing law since 2005, representing clients in all manner of litigation, from family law to personal injury matters.  Additionally, he has experience in representing clients in the area of land use and governmental affairs, including land development, site planning, zoning procurement, and permitting.
