White Collar Criminal Defense

Mr. Rodriguez is a former Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Texas where he investigated and prosecuted white collar criminal cases in addition to large drug distribution and criminal immigration cases.  Since leaving the United States Attorney’s office, Mr. Rodriguez has continued to practice criminal law specializing in the defense of health care professionals, accountants and business owners accused of governmental fraud.
