Rodriguez & Nicolas, L.L.P. represents owners in commercial construction defect cases. Mr. Nicolas is a member of the State Bar of Texas Construction Law Section and has represented owners in variety of claims in state and federal court as well as in arbitration. Construction litigation involves complex issues from engineering to construction means and methods. It also requires attention to detail, the ability to digest thousands of documents, and the ability to retain and manage a diverse pool of experts ranging from architects and engineers to mechanical, plumbing and roofing experts, to mold remediation firms and contractors.
