Alison Colvin

Alison W. Colvin joined Rodriguez & Nicolas, L.L.P. in 2006.  She came to the firm after practicing in Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P’s Houston office in the Health Law Section. 

She concentrates her practice on the defense and prosecution of commercial and business litigation matters.  She also has experience in various types of health care litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, and general personal injury defense and prosecution.  Alison also practices in the area of family and probate law matters.

Alison has prosecuted and defended claims involving breach of contract, common law and statutory fraud, negligent misrepresentation, conversion, negligence, deceptive trade practices acts, defamation, libel, product liability, and breach of fiduciary duties.  Alison has handled cases throughout the State of Texas both in state and federal court.
